Order Processing

Please allow up to three working days for your order to be lovingly handcrafted and prepared for shipment.

We ship across the United Kingdom using DPD.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive full tracking details via email.

Change of Shipping Address 

Shipping address changes can only be made within 24 hours of placing your order and before the order has been dispatched.

To request a delivery address change, please email us at hello@floristrylab.co with your order number and updated delivery details. Please note: If the address change is to a region with a higher shipping cost, an invoice will be sent to you to pay the difference before dispatch.

Once an order has been processed or dispatched, the delivery address cannot be amended.

We cannot be held responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided at checkout.

Order Cancellations

Our florists begin preparing each order as soon as it is placed. For this reason, cancellations can only be made within 24 hours of placing your order.

To cancel within this timeframe, please email us at hello@floristrylab.co with your order number. Orders cannot be cancelled after 24 hours.
