Refund policy

Eternal Flower Arrangements

Each eternal flower arrangement is lovingly handcrafted just for you. Due to this bespoke nature, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once your order has been placed. 

In the unlikely event that your eternal flower arrangement arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  1. Photos of the item
  2. Proof of purchase

Once the above has been provided, we will be happy to help with a replacement eternal flower arrangement.

Extra Luxury Gifts

For non-custom gifts, returns are accepted under the following conditions:

  1. The item must be returned within 14 days of delivery
  2. Items must be unused and in their original packaging
  3. Proof of purchase must be provided
  4. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer
  5. Refunds will be issued once the item has been received and inspected
